This is a Bug Report

Problem:

APT GPG key not available at the expected URL:

# curl -w "%{http_code}\n" -s -o /dev/null https://packages.cloud.google.com/yum/doc/apt-key.gpg.asc

Proposed Solution:

Provide a working URL. If changed, pages like "Installing kubeadm" should be adapted.
