Enhancement request: Support for trust-manager

What would you like to be added

It would be a nice addition if kubespray also had native support for deploying trust-manager (cert-manager's sibling).

Why is this needed

cert-manager is the de facto standard for issuing server certificates. Kubespray supports it. trust-manager (built by the cert-manager team (?)) might be a bit too early to call it a de facto standard, but it feels very promising. Might be a good idea to support it natively in Kubespray as well?
