missing documentation for making key mappings

The plugin documentation lacks reference to key mappings.
for instance, creating a key mapping for selecting text in visual mode and applying Silicon to that text.
Since this feature is currently missing from the documentation, I want to create an MR addressing this issue. By doing so, we can make the plugin more user-friendly :-)
