In my system, the Get_Comm Check can report error when all other commands still succeed. With Sunpower’s bankruptcy imminent, it is unclear if Get_Comm will continue to report success in all situations like if the Sunpower cloud goes offline. It may be beneficial to have an option in configuration to skip this check and assume the system is alive. In my case this would allow configuration even when the Get_Comm fails.
