Canvas CLI suggestion: Add ability to send commands to groups of machines simultaneously

Eg. you can use one of your templates as a target for pushing CLI commands to, and machines subscribed to that template will receive the command. 

Maybe handy for administrators? If that seems worth adding then I'm happy to add some documentation again, just let me know.
