Reduce size of container

Use Archlinux or Alpine linux rather then full blown ubuntu

I made it with Debian, only 279MB

I am not sure. It is totally new re-write Dockerfile, insatll pdf2htmlEX directly as software package.

It will be better to keep it as seperate docker image.

I DO try to install it with alpine, but not successfully
