Archive repository with python package

We won't be able to rename this repo into kkholst/targeted because it already exists. Deleting the already existing kkholst/targeted repo is likely not a good idea because using remotes::install_github("kkholst/targeted") will fail due to the different structures of the repos. @kkholst, how much of a problem do you think this is?
