As per openzim/mwoffliner#1915, the summary/details tags are no longer available in the output of mwOffliner ZIM, so the code that collapses the contents of sections after headers no longer works.

Also affects the PWA downstream.

I have a solution outlined here: openzim/mwoffliner#1915 (comment), but much better to fix at ZIM level.
