Eink friendly feature requests

I am using the kiwix app on an android EInk device, and it would be perfect if there are features as follows:
*web page pagination, instead of smooth scrolling
*tap-to-scroll: for example, when we tap on the right bottom of the screen ,the next page will be displayed.
*allow to disable animations
