getDeviceSessionId implementation for Android and iOS

To use open pay it is necessary to have a deviceSessionId or the openpay security control, this validates fraud.

Unfortunately this implementation is not found in Android/iOS, within the few implementations that I have seen there is one that works for Android, however in addition to not covering iOS it does not have NullSafety.

Could it be integrated?

Also need the implementation to get device_session_id.
