Ain't able to update pyxel

I'm on windows, I updated it like one month ago, but since many updates dropped I wanted to update it again. But I couldn't.
I tried with pip to update, uninstall reinstall, update pip then try it again, clearing cache then retrying.

I don't know if it's a skill issue or if there's a probleme on updating with pip.
