Add list of publications

Add a separate page where we list our publications related to our products. Ideally, we could reference product-specific publications from the corresponding page.

One possibility would be to use the tags provided by KITopen (c.f. SCC SDL Materials Science).

Things discussed:

1. a list per service would need additional tagging in kitopen
2. otherwise: on project basis
3. also discussed: Using Shields.io with citation.cff to display additional information per service.
4. How to automate updating the list in the static page? Runtime? Or on updates?

3 is being considered a "low hanging fruit".

Publication lists can be created/queried easily using the tool described here. Example, Query Result

The remaining issue is how we can filter the lists by project and then by our department. The query could get quite complicated or require a DEM tag. Filtering by persons might not suffice if they move on and do publications within SCC at another department. I'll ask the library and see if they have a recommendation.
