By registering you (the <b>Player</b>) agree unconditionally and validate the following <b><u>Terms and Conditions of Use</u></b> (in short the <b>Terms</b>) for the game <u>Star Trek: Frontline Combat</u> (<b>STFC</b> in short) that we (the <b>Operators</b>) publish.

<td valign="top" align="justify">
The <b>Player</b> has no property right on its profile (or account) or the unconditional right to participate in <b>STFC</b>.<br>
The account remains property of <b>STFC</b> and may at any time be locked or deleted without explanation from <b>Operators</b>.

<td valign="top">#3</td>
<td valign="top" align="justify">
The <b>Player</b> ensure <b>Operators</b> that no pornographic, child pornography, extreme, deeply political, inhuman or otherwise potentially offensive material will never be published on this site.<br>
In particular this is true for the name of the <b>Player</b>, the image of its avatar, the names of the planets, fleets, ships, alliance, the tag alliance, the alliance logo, descriptive message of the alliance and text messages addressed to <b>Operators</b> or other players.<br>
If this warning is ignored the <b>Operators</b> reserve the right to warning or otherwise punish the <b>Player</b>.

<td valign="top" align="justify">
The <b>Player</b> agrees that the collection of information such as its email address by the <b>Operators</b> is intended for the sole purpose to keep informed the <b>Player</b>.<br>
This mean information such as the launch of a new round of play, bug fixes, modifications to the <b>Terms</b> or similar, but in <u>no case</u> will be advertising or spam.

<td valign="top" align="justify">
Since this is a free project, the <b>Operators</b> are not responsible for possible damages to the hardware used by the <b>Player</b> or for any loss and / or theft of data.<br>
This means that the <b>Operators</b> under any circumstances, be held responsible.<br>
On the other hand, the <b>Operators</b> will do everything in their power to ensure avoid loss and / or theft of data.<br>
For the safety of its account, only the <b>Player</b> himself is responsible, and ensure that data access is not transferred to third parties.

<b>Operators</b> are in no way responsible for the content published on this site by the <b>Player</b>, any violation reported will be promptly removed.

<td valign="top" align="justify">
Regardless of any civil and / or penal consequences for the <b>Player</b>, in case of serious negligence in complying with one or more of the obligations of these <b>Terms</b> will result in immediate account cancellation without notice.

<td valign="top">#8</td>
<td valign="top" align="justify">
Prosecution and any other form of complaint from a <b>Player</b> against the <b>Operators</b> are not possible in any sense.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td valign="top">#9</td>
<td valign="top" align="justify">
Each <b>Player</b> uses this service at its own risk, the <b>Operators</b> disclaim any liability.

</tr>
<tr>
<td valign="top">#10</td>
<td valign="top" align="justify">
Make use of game bugs (programming errors) to gain some sort of advantage is strictly forbidden.
<ul>
<li>The deliberate use of bug is punishable by <b>Operators</b> with an immediate cancellation of the <b>Player</b>’s account.</li>
<li>The <b>Player</b> who had detected a bug and not reported to <b>Operators</b> could incur in a penalty.<br>
Depending on the severity of the bug, the amount of punishment will be decided by the <b>Operators</b>.</li>
</ul>

<td valign="top" align="justify">
Use of tools or bots which automate actions of the game is forbidden.<br>
Access to <b>STFC</b> is only allowed with an unmodified internet browser.<br>
All scripts that run excessive requests to the server are prohibited.<br>

<td valign="top">#12</td>
<td valign="top" align="justify">
Using multiple accounts is strictly forbidden.
<ul>
<li>Possession of more than one account at <b>STFC</b> is considered Multiaccount and redundant profiles will be punished with the cancellation.</li>
<li>If two profiles are using the same IP, it must be reported to the <b>Operators</b> via the Support. It’s possible to obtain an exemption.</li>
</ul>

<tr>
<td valign="top">#13</td>
<td valign="top" align="justify">
Each account (even those in which the <b>Player</b> had access through Sitting option) must be managed for the benefit of the account itself and <b><u>cannot be used to support a different account.</u></b>
<ul>
<li>Accounts with a high rate of access by the sitter than the <b>Player</b> holder will be notified and / or banned in case of abuse.</li>
</ul>

</tr>
<tr>
<td valign="top">#14</td>
<td valign="top" align="justify">
Each <b>Player</b> has the right to terminate its account, after the request to <b>Operators</b> is given a period of four weeks to complete the deletion of all data from the database.<br>
The data such as text messages can be stored for possible civil and / or penal prosecution.

<tr>
<td valign="top">#15</td>
<td valign="top" align="justify">
<b>Operators</b> of <b>STFC</b> acting on their discretion in accordance with their rules and are not necessarily bound by the terms public.
</td>
</tr>

<td valign="top">#16</td>
<td valign="top" align="justify">
The <b>Player</b> will be informed with a message "ingame" and / or via email if there will be changes to the <b>Terms</b>.<br>
After a period of two weeks the <b>Player</b> will recognize implicitly the new <b>Terms</b>, otherwise he’s free to require immediate termination of its account, as in Section #14.

<td valign="top" align="justify">
If any of the sections of these <b>Terms</b> would be ineffective, this DOES NOT affect the validity of other rules.<br>
The <b>Operators</b> reserve the right to change these rules so they become effective. The changes will become effective immediately and will not apply in any case retroactively.<br>
<u>This clause also applies if there is a lack of regulation for certain situations. To correct these deficiencies, the <b>Operators</b> have the right to make the appropriate corrections.</u>
