Flashlight brightness level

I want to have multiple remaps that do the following:

• Toggle flashlight (when it turns on, brightness level should be the lowest possible)
• When the flashlight is on, volume up increases brightness level
• When the flashlight is on, volume down decreases brightness level

My use case is that when I wake up in the middle of the night, I want to turn the flashlight but at a low level, without leaving the lock screen, so neither blind me. At the same time I want to be able to reuse this shortcut for when I need the flashlight to be really bright.

I can't find any apps that expose the controls for brigthness levels and key mapper doesn't support setting a specific level. Does anyone know a solution for this? Maybe it is best to request a feature for this?

Please make a feature request, I think this is reasonable.
Not all devices can adjust the brightness level but perhaps there is something we can do for devices that can
