Support default queries for throughput, error rate, request latency etc., #9

Problem

This might not be a problem but I am logging it for future reference.

TODO

  • Define the queries in a generic way for datadog
  • Use them in the code. I should be able to write an SLO based on these default queries without defining the query in my SLI file
