Based on the feedback from @TannerGabriel here

TODO

  • Decide if we want to reduce the number of export DD_API_KEY
  • If yes, find a way to reduce the occurrences by adding it as a pre-requisite
  • It no, record the reasons here mentioning @TannerGabriel
