Left / right of polygon

Dear all

i checked out your project but i would like to calculate if the drawn polygon is going to the right or to the left. I think that all the data would be available in the method drawn_lanes. But how could i actuality calculate the degree of the curved lane?

I would like to print something like -0.2 left on the image below the vehicle offset.
