[➕ Feature]: Alerts in an incident to be functional as in Alerts page (keep-ui)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Being on a specific incident page having alerts, you can do nothing with alerts. You can only unlink an alert from the incident.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Alert should be clickable and open alert modal
• Each alert should have three-dots-menu allowing actions over them
