Include input line numbers

When making use of KDL as the basis for a config or markup DSL, it'd be nice to be able to include line numbers in validation error output.

Do you mean during parsing?

I presume it'd need to be passed through parsing, but I mean in the final output, at the point my program is consuming the result, it'd be good to have line numbers for e.g. where a node starts in the original file, to output in logging/errors/etc.

Ah, I see what you mean now. I am working on an update to the document model and I will take this into account.
