We need to create an account at https://central.sonatype.com/ and generate the Generate User Token. After that add the credentials as github secrets

@kdhrubo you are an org owner, so you have full SETTINGS access throughout 9tigerio. You should be able to create the account on sonatype.

1. login to central.sonatype.com with your GitHub auth - instead of an email)
2. Generate the User Token
3. Add to GitHub repo SETTINGS - Security

I was wrong... it will validate the DNS for control of it.
Our namespace coordinate in Maven Central needs to be:
io.9tiger
which is the reverse of our registered domain, and how we'll be able to verify.
