Use chrome.storage instead of localStorage #106
Description
It would be nice to have the list of domains synchronized automatically. It
does mean some limits on the storage used, so perhaps this should be a
configurable option. It also seems like really only the ignored list needs to
be synchronized since the enforced list should be populated automatically.
