You were correct; there was corrupted data that needed to be fixed. Two sustaining memberships were linked to your account, but only one is allowed, as shown at https://changelog.qgis.org/en/qgis/membership/. I’m not sure how this happened since the link should only be set when a user creates a sustaining member for the first time. Therefore, I disabled the link on the most recent one. This shouldn’t affect that sustaining member.
TODO: Fix the logging feature on production and prevent this issue from happening again.
