Temp tower issue

Trying to print temp calibration tower. I start my print and I get to where the temp is supposed to change and then the whole thing locks up. Print is still counting down, but its like the print just stops. The sonicpad still shows the print active but not actually printing. Like it paused. Any thoughts?
