Indeed FTP/SMTP/other do not work on Travis CI : https://blog.travis-ci.com/2018-07-23-the-tale-of-ftp-at-travis-ci
For now we will skip the tests on CI

set RUN_FTP_TESTS environment variable to run the tests on local
