More interesting wand items

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not exactly a problem, but would allow for more detailed customization.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow setting things like custom model data and item name. Also adding a command to give a player the defined item.

i'll look into this in the future but for now i'm really burnt out on quarters and a lot of my bigger projects, so it will probably be a long time
