Do not horizontally scroll in pages that have a lot of data (observed in default config)

Do not horizontally scroll in UI pages with lot of data as users find it difficult to reach the actions column or lose track of the field they want to delete. This happens in the default config page. Ways to solve this:

• Make the value of the field the last column
• Bring the actions column to the 2nd or 3rd field
• Pin the index and name column
