Parent tracker for two new merchant connector integrations in hyperswitch-prism (UCS), both scoped to cards one-time payments.

Scope (common to both)

Cards one-time payments only, over UCS:

• Authorize (with and without auto-capture)
• Capture (manual capture)
• PSync
• Void / cancel
• Refund + RSync
• Error mapping and GSM/status mapping
• Incoming webhooks for the above flows

Out of scope for now: mandates/MIT, wallets, paylater, bank transfers, payouts, 3DS — to be filed separately if the merchant requires them.

Definition of done

• Connector implemented in hyperswitch-prism with transformers, request/response types, and status mapping
• Unit tests + sandbox verification for every flow listed above
• Connector registered in the connector enum and config wired for sandbox and prod
• Sandbox test run attached to the sub-issue before it is closed

Notes

• Citigate: merchant docs are available; no credentials yet (NA) — sandbox creds are the blocker for verification.
• Illexium: merchant has shared docs; credentials requested and expected shortly.
