Add insert above/below, delete, etc. to right click menu as well #7676
Description
The little icon bar that appears in the right side of a cell when it's in focus is really useful--the one that has options like to insert a cell above or below or delete the cell--is really handy--the only problem is that if the first line of code in any cell is too long, this bar doesn't have room and isn't shown.
If you right click on the cell, there is a menu with all sorts of options, many of which are minimally useful (with the exception of undoing or redoing the cell operation), and where none of the options from this little icon bar appear. So it seems those options from the little icon bar can't be accessed any other way (they're not in the "Edit" menu up top either)--except for moving cells up or down, which can easily be done by dragging (well, and deleting a cell can be done by first deleting the code itself from IN the cell, thereby creating space for the icon bar to appear, and then clicking the trash icon, but that's awkwardly indirect).
Does anyone else think that it would make sense to remove some of the less cell-oriented items from the right click menu (like starting a console--which seems to be a very global operation that belongs at the top) and putting the options from that little icon bar there instead?
