Add list of CVEs on the security page ? #675

I think it would be good to have a yaml frontmatter on /security page, with

cve number, (optional not everything has CVE number)
relevant link(s?) to github advisory,
Name of reporter.

All should likely be optional.

And maybe render nicely at the bottom of the page as hall of fame.

Hey @Carreau - do you feel like the link to CVE vendor ID 15653 for Jupyter on https://jupyter.org/security accomplishes the spirit of this enough, so we can close this, or is there more to do here.

I guess that pages doesn't have names of reporters.
