Warning/Error message for sha mismatch would be more helpful if indicated what line of code is failing.

For example if I have a durably_decorate call in an extension, and also in the main app for the same method you do not know which one is raising the warning.  Would be good to indicate the line calling the check or something along those lines to know where the definition check is.
