Whole-slice mask after applying post-processing with SAM

Sometimes (rarely) after applying the SAM post-processing to the RF prediction, the final mask covers the entire image as if the whole image pixels are not background class.
It can be a bug or SAM having difficulty predicting a good mask for a bounding box.
