Bei keine Reaktion versenden wir eine Erinnerungsmail/SMS manuell aus dem System. Dies ist sehr zeitaufwändig.

Vielleicht wäre es möglich über "Aktionen" eine Aktion einzufügen "Erinnerung versenden"?

Vorschlag für den Text:

Guten Tag Wir melden uns im Rahmen des Contact Tracing zu Covid-19 bei Ihnen.
Leider haben Sie auf unser SMS/ Email nicht reagiert.
Wir bitten Sie die Fragen via unserem Autotracing-Link noch auszufüllen.
Besten Dank im Voraus
