see if you can get some debug logs going and do manual test for that specific folder using the CLI. This script will skip if a trailer is already in the movie folder so delete it first. You might be filtering based on resolutions. Only way to tell is on the debug logs |

I am curious. Does Apple deliberately have "bad" files on their servers? Why do we not trust them to give us a trailer? Why are they checked for size or length at all? |

I have tried 5 movies so far and I made sure that they all have trailers available on Apple. But for every one the trailer downloaded is MP4, not MOV and they are much smaller size (30-50MB) than I usually see for Apple trailers.
