Can't Load Data

When I ran SMAP.m in MATLAB 2023b, I met a warning as below:

I'm not sure what is wrong. After giving the permission to modify the folder or moving that folder to those paths shown above, nothing changed. So I ignored this warning. But when I tried to load sample data Gettingstarted2D_Nup96-AF647.tif, it appeared some errors:

I guess there is still something wrong with my setting folder. How can I fix it?

I use the Micro-Manager loader, this error is from that. Did you install Micro-Manager 1.4 and add it in the preferences? However, I think the problem is that there is the '._Gettingstarted….tif' file. Not sure how it was created, maybe a system file. Try deleting the ‘._*.tif’ file to see if that works.
