How to batch process nd2 files?

Hi Jonas,
We have recently been batch fitting **ND2** images using SMAP's batch processer, The current solution is to export _batch.mat files for **each nd2 image**, and then import these files in the batch processor. Is there a way to input and process nd2 files directly in batch processor like batch processing tif files? THANKS!
