RTL issues inn jqxGrid

It shows two grids:

The first one shows rtl and groups/aggregates issues

The second one is filtered to target the specific problem with missing aggregates for the last level.

I tried to make the descriptions and screenshots as detailed as possible but I'll be happy to provide additional information.

Out of all the issues, the blocking ones are:

            2.b.4 - missing aggregates for last inner level

            2.a -    selecting a row marks the wrong cells in rtl when grouping

            1.b -    column names are reversed in filter bar in rtl

            1.a -    filter bar is left aligned in rtl
