Child templates

As there is some pending work for the UI to enable the child templates for 4.1 I would like to have an answer from the PT on the following:

• Do you have a final decision on the move of the static assets to media folder for the templates supporting child templates?
• Do you have a final decision on the namespace of templates? Is it gonna be only for the ones supporting child templates or even the old ones?
• Can we have some sort of agreement (public doc) on the rewrite of com_templates?
