Issue with sending video to browser. URL read error: Error number -10054 occurred

Hi dear developer. I got the following error when I was sending video data from Tello to my localhost. I am able to receive data in 1 or 2 minutes in the browser, but the program exit with following error. Thanks for your reply in advance,
