Blood pressure for children

Hi, I'm trying to classify hypertension in children aged 3 to 17 based on percentile >= 95 and I'd like to know if it would be possible using the package. If not, could you help me create the dichotomous variable (0 or 1) in R since I have two continuous variables SBP and DBP?
