dip_class_plot Error

Hi,

I am trying to re-create the plots I have seen in your publication using bp_hypnos data that is already in bp package. I installed bp package with vignettes. However, when I use either dip_class_plot(hypnos_proc) or dip_class_plot(hypnos_proc, subj = 70417), I get the following error:

Error in check_aesthetics():
! Aesthetics must be either length 1 or the same as the data (1): colour, shape, x and y
Run rlang::last_error() to see where the error occurred.

Do you know any work around this issue? I tried debugging, but it did not solve the issue as I am not much experienced with R.

I am using the latest version of R, Rtools, and Rstudio. I have used the bp_hypnos dataset which is availanle in your bp package. Here is the code snippet I am using.

Hi Mahmut,
I just tried recreating your error and it seems to work fine on my end. Are you still having issues? The error that you received is a ggplot error that occurs when there is a mismatch in the input data. Could you try restarting R and clear the workspace and try again? Let me know if this fixes your issue.

First, Mahmut, I also get the message:

2 values that exceeded the DUL or DLL thresholds were coerced to NA.

In my opinion, that's a notification by R, not an error.

Second, John, ggplot2 changed in 2023. When I run the script you provided Mahmut, above, I get the following warning messages:

geom_text() is still valid, but the latest versions of ggplot2 (I'm using 3.5.2) recommend that you use annotate() instead of geom_text() where the number of rows in the dataset exceeds the number of labels being plotted. For reference, see https://ggplot2.tidyverse.org/reference/annotate.html.
