Bug in epsilon_greedy/plot_standard.R?

The right arm can't be arm number 5 since arm numbers run from 0 to 4. Also after suffling the values for the means the maximum value is not any longer at the end of the list, but in the second place (seed(1) is to blame for this).

I need to look into this for a bit. There is likely to be confusion introduced by the original code having been written Julia and R (both which index from 1-5) and then ported to Python. I find it very strange that the plots should work at all if the arms are being mislabeled.

This is a conflict between Julia and Python. In Julia the best arm is Number 5. I'll have to update the programs to indicate which arm was best per-language.

Shuffle behavior is not necessarily consistent across platforms....
