15.basv doesn't allow writing to Z1ActualRoomTempDesired

With the current configuration file you cannot write temperature setpoint values to Z1ActualRoomTempDesired

If the changes below are made (changing the 1400 to 2200 in the numeric for the write section then the value can be written )

With the current configuration file you cannot write temperature setpoint values to Z1ActualRoomTempDesired

This is actually the correct and expected behaviour. Z1ActualRoomTempDesired is a read-only value. This value (desired room temperature for a zone) can be set to a fixed number (manual mode) or based on a time schedule (timed mode using heating time slots). Z1ActualRoomTempDesired (1400) will show the current desired temperature in effect regardless of the mode.

Here you actually change a different register (2200): this is the (fixed) desired room temperatur in manual mode. Of course, if you set it to a value in manual mode, Z1ActualRoomTempDesired will show it.

That's why the 2200 is (should be) also be named differently:
