Add option to open articles in browser

When enabled on a feed, tapping a feed item will open it in the browser.

Now that I recall, the Inoreader app on Android had this feature, but it wasn't being applied to when feed items were opened from the push notification. It would be useful if the behaviour was consistent in Capy.

For example, this is something you can do with the IFTTT app.

If you create an applet with "RSS" as trigger and "Notification" as action, you can configure the notification with the feed entry's URL, so when you tap the notification, the entry is opened externally (web browser or supported app) directly.
