Hermes Agent fails to use browser concle tool with the current camofox

when Hermes Agent call the Browser console log tools it always fails when i ask the agent why the console tool fails it say the back end is not connected meaning the feature dose not exist fix it officially what i did was to ask my Hermes Agent to build one for it self and it updated the code and it now have the console logs tool
