I suggest you document your improvements over the original project (that seems to be abandoned).

This is very useful software and it is really nice of you to be working on that. But I really think you could tell us about what you're doing. For instance, I found a release on PyPi that seems to be yours: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/clonedigger-jl. Should I use that instead of https://pypi.python.org/pypi/clonedigger?
