OTU picking not working

When picking the "Pick closed-reference OTUs" command the following error message appears:
"Error: Parameter type (reference) not recognized."

In the latest qiime container, I rename the version of this plugin from 1.9.1 to 1.9.hide. Thus, reading true configuration from file and adding into DB does create new entries, with fixed parameter names. This seem to work in the test and hopefully also for your k8 setup.

Note that this plugin now also needs to be mounted with a reference directory, which holds the actual reference data (see Makefile and compose.yaml)
