A Note/Reminder Feature #238
Comments
here is an issue from the same user asking from the feature from my launcher. If no one else has asked for this you may as well close the issue as this user is just jumping around trying to grin a launcher they wanna use until they find one with all the features then spaming asking for features if they aren't in ones that they may use. They also ask questions then in the same day before anyone gets to answer they remove the content and change the title example |
I forgot I even suggested this here tell tell you the truth. Also I removed that issue because I realize the question was pretty pointless, and didn't want to accidentally waste your time any longer. Apologies for any disturbances. |
even if a issue is deemed useless its still best to leave it there and just close it not delete everything related to it |
I understand, it seems I have made a mistake here and have gained a bit of annoyance against me. I never intended any of that. I only thought i was helping. Additionally I say again that I completely forgot I ever suggested anything like that regarding a tasks feature in unlauncher. I did really believe that the idea I suggested on your github was a first timer for me. Again, apologies. |
Since widgets are not a built in feature (to minimize distractions of course) we should have a built in feature that puts a little box on the home screen for you to type in a note. It would be an optional setting that you could turn on and type a simple note or to-do. This would be great for setting helpful reminders to do tasks as sticky notes aren't possible since we dont have widgets. Since its optional we can turn it on only if we need something to remind ourselves of a task, and then turn off the little note widget when we are done. A great feature that would go along with this would be the ability to set a simple notification remind that gives you an alert when you want telling you the task.
This would be a great simple feature, yet super helpful for reminding users about tasks while still keeping it simple and being a totally optional setting.
