Hi,

Any idea what does this error mean while running "computeAveExpr"?

avg_exp_triMean <- computeAveExpr(cellchat, type = "triMean")

Error in dimnames(x) <- dn :
length of 'dimnames' [2] not equal to array extent

Here is my cellchat object

An object of class CellChat created from a single dataset 478 genes. 26806 cells. CellChat analysis of single cell RNA-seq data!
