Tag badges should search for tag:<tag> not #<tag> #46

Clicking the tag badges on the card view will yield search results for #<tag>. This is fine for most cases, but this isn't the proper way to search for tags in Obsidian. For example, if you have note like:

hello world.md

---
tags:
  - foobar
---

Searching for #foobar will yield no results. But searching for tag:foobar will correctly locate the above note.
