Feature request: Custom footer links to privacy policy and german impressum

In germany there is a so called Impressumspflicht which requires every website owner to place contact and some legal information. Besides that a link to a privacy policy is needed which I think should be required by all countries under the GDPR.

So it would be nice to have the possibillity to configure some custom links to the bottom of the page without changing the code of the react page before compiling.

I tried to add this in the language files right before the "Created by" instead but there is no HTML markup allowed, so I couldn't place hyperlinks.
